Terms of sale
The indicated sales prices are expressed in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs. The latter are always borne by the Customer and are invoiced at the time of order confirmation, as a supplement to the selected products. FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S. reserves the right to change prices without notice and to change shipping prices at its discretion, but undertakes to apply the prices in force and to explicitly display prices and shipping costs, as indicated on the website, at the time of the order. Any refunds are always made by FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S. through the payment system used to make the purchase. Conditions subject to Legislative Decree 206/2005
FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S. will issue an invoice, attaching it to the product intended for delivery.
FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S. includes only the data provided by the customer in the aforementioned invoice, specifying that no changes will be allowed after the invoice has been issued.
The customer can only purchase the products, as per the electronic catalog on the pinkshoponline.eu website, existing at the time the order is sent. FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S. , in this regard, states that the images and technical data, none excluded and/or excepted, accompanying the product sheet displayed should not be considered by the customer as complete and exhaustive of the characteristics but may, therefore, differ in size, color, accessories or other.
For all that has been communicated and accepted by the customer, no responsibility can be attributed, for various reasons and/or causes, to FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S.. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S. by email reply, sent exclusively to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and to communicate, within and no later than 2 subsequent days, any corrections. Only subsequently FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S., having verified the actual availability of the goods and the accuracy of the customer data, will send the definitive acceptance of the contract via e-mail, which from this moment on must be considered concluded and stipulated between the parties for all legal purposes.
By placing an order on the pinkshoponline.eu website, the customer declares to have read the terms of sale, the proposed payment methods, as well as the entire purchase procedure, and also declares to accept them without any reservation and to have received exhaustive information in this regard. Furthermore, with express reference to articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive, via e-mail, all the necessary information for the identification of FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S. which the customer is required, at his own expense, to keep together with the e-mail accepting the contract.
In the event that the customer should return, for legitimate reasons, the purchased products, they must arrange for shipment within the established terms and exclusively to the registered office of FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S.
Warranty
All products sold by FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S. are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or transport document) that will be received via e-mail in PDF format. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the procedures illustrated in the documentation inside the product package. It is specified that the 24-month warranty is reserved for the private Consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number reference in the order form).
In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment, intact consumables); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to insert it in a second box; in all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided.
All product shipments will be rejected and returned to the Sender, at their expense, if they are:
- Not including packaging.
- Received with unsuitable or inadequate external packaging and therefore damaged during transport: the Warranty does not cover damage due to the non-use of original packaging and adequate protective external packaging.
The Customer's right to compensation for damages or indemnities, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, is conventionally excluded.
Right of Withdrawal
- The product must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, label and any documentation and accessory equipment); FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S. reserves the right of return; should FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S. refuse the return, the Customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the product via bank transfer to the IBAN provided by FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S.
- The product must be returned within the times and methods described above to the address that will be indicated by FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S.
- Return shipping costs are always borne by the Customer.
FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S. reserves the right to inspect the returned goods to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
