Order Fulfillment
FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S., in order to guarantee proper service to its Customers, guarantees the receipt and acceptance of purchase orders until 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday; orders received after this time, as well as those received on Saturday, Sunday, or other holidays, will be considered received on the first working day following the order date. Any reductions in working hours and/or interruptions of sales services during specific periods of the year (e.g., summer months) that could lead to extended delivery times will be adequately highlighted at the time of the order, and it will be at the Customer's discretion whether to proceed with the confirmation of the order according to the indicated timelines. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- that the packaging is intact and not altered, including the sealing tapes
In case of tampering and/or breakage, the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by writing "RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING" on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or other operator.
The Customer is required to report any damages within 7 days of receipt of the goods, by registered mail or email to the following addresses:

For each order, the Customer is required to specify at least one telephone number to allow the express courier to contact them in case of delivery difficulties; if the delivery is unsuccessful for a reason not attributable to FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S., or to the express courier for more than 5 consecutive days, the order will be considered cancelled and the Customer will be charged storage costs as quantified by the express courier.
Delivery Times
What happens to your order right after you purchase on www.forganmode.com FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S.":
Delivery times for products vary depending on the item ordered by the Customer and the delivery methods chosen by them. The times indicated for delivery terms are purely indicative and are in no way binding for FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S.. Using express courier transport, delivery is expected within 1/5 working days from the moment of the order. In any case, the estimated delivery times are explicitly indicated in the technical sheet of each product. For products where the technical sheet indicates 24/48 hour delivery, the following indications apply:
A) Day 0 (order receipt)
the back office processes orders received by 1:00 PM, otherwise they are processed the following day. The same applies to orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday: they will be processed on the first working day following the order date. The order is processed based on the chosen payment method, and in particular:
- if the chosen payment method is BANK TRANSFER, the order will be processed when the credit is visible in the bank account of FOR.G.AN.MODE DI VELOTTI ANNA & CO. S.A.S.
- if the chosen payment method is CREDIT CARD, the order will be processed after 24 hours. The order is transmitted to our warehouses by 6:00 PM;
B) Day 1 (Shipping Courier)
the day after the order, the Shipping Courier picks up the goods by 6:00 PM at our warehouses. The accompanying invoice containing the destination and any notes entered in the order will be given to the courier. Concurrently with the product pickup, an email will be sent to the customer containing the Shipping Number; this will allow the customer to track the delivery status and estimated times in real-time on the Shipping Courier's website.
C) Day 2 (goods delivery)
The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Methods
1) Standard Delivery:
Delivery takes place within 5 working days from the date of entrustment to the Courier. In detail: we deliver within a maximum of 72 hours from when we entrust the goods to the courier. For all of Italy, including islands, the shipping cost is indicated at the time of the order. Furthermore, the timeframe described above for the Islands may vary depending on unforeseen elements: for example, adverse weather conditions, etc.
